Eddie Adams WORKSHOP Code of Conduct
ALL WORKSHOP PARTICIPANTS MUST READ CAREFULLY AND SIGN THIS AGREEMENT.
The Eddie Adams Workshop (the “Workshop”) strives to create an inclusive and safe environment for all participants. The Workshop experience is grounded in the spirit of cooperation and respect for all attendees, with the goal of providing a place to be inspired and foster professional development. While we encourage different points of view, we do not tolerate disruptive actions or harmful discourse that may distract or devalue the experience of other attendees.
Anti-Discrimination and Harassment Policy
The Workshop prohibits discrimination and any form of harassment because of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information or any other basis protected by federal, state, or local law, or ordinance, or regulations. Harassment can include “sexual harassment” or unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical harassment of a sexual nature. This policy applies to everyone involved in the operation of the Workshop and all attendees.
If you experience or witness any form of discrimination, please report it to any member of the Workshop support staff. Violation of the Workshop’s zero-tolerance policy against discrimination and harassment will result in removal from the Workshop.
The Workshop is committed to a violence-free environment, and we will not tolerate violence or the threat of violence during the Workshop. Weapons and firearms are not permitted during the Workshop. If you become aware of a violation of this policy, please report it to any member of the Workshop support staff. Violation of the Workshop’s zero-tolerance policy against violence will result in removal from the Workshop and reporting to law enforcement officials as appropriate.
